About Using Address Verification

Address verification compares your US domestic mailing addresses against the USPS Address Management System (AMS) database through one of the following means:

Internet: This is the most common means. No extra installation is needed as long as your PC already has access to the Internet.
Installation onto hard drive: If you prefer not to access the AMS database through the Internet using Dial-A-ZIP, you can subscribe to the AMS DVD product, from which you install the AMS database onto your hard drive.

Using address verification, DAZzle can look up the nine-digit ZIP Code for and verify any address in the United States. You can verify addresses in a number of ways.

In DAZzle, the Dial-A-ZIP button runs address verification, which is available on both the Design and Address Book tabs.

Note: Do not use Dial-A-ZIP to look-up Business Reply Mail (BRM) ZIP Codes.
