Automatically Print or Verify Clipboard Address

You can set DAZzle to always automatically verify and print addresses that you copy to the Clipboard from other applications.

Steps

From either the Design tab or the Address Book tab, select File > Preferences.
Select the Clipboard tab.
Select the Monitor Clipboard for addresses check box.
Select either or both check boxes:
- Always Print after paste: to have DAZzle automatically print the new address after displaying the Print Option dialog box.
- Always run Dial-A-ZIP: to have the address automatically verified after pasting the US domestic delivery address into DAZzle.
Click OK.
