About the Export Command

The Export command can create either a tab-delimited text file or an XML file (if you have DAZzle Professional) that includes either:

Addresses from the Address Book ...MORE

Access the Export command from the Address Book tab by selecting File > Export. For more information, see Export Address from the Address Book.

Transactions in the current Postage Log ...MORE

Access the Export command from the Postage Log tab by selecting File > Export. For more information, see Export Postage Log File Transactions.

After you export data, you can import the exported text file into most other applications (such as, spreadsheets, word processors, and so on). Exporting does not change your current Address Book or log file in any way.
