Integrate DAZzle with Goldmine

DAZzle includes an interface to Goldmine from Goldmine Software. Using DDE, DAZzle can pass data back and forth between Goldmine and DAZzle. For DAZzle, this greatly simplifies batch printing or running Dial-A-ZIP on US domestic delivery address lists. Because this interface is built into DAZzle, no intervention is required to use these features.

Important! For any of the following options to work, Goldmine must be running. DAZzle automatically detects when Goldmine is running.

The DAZzle—Goldmine commands are:

File > Print from > Goldmine: Prints all names in the current Goldmine contact list using the current DAZzle Layout.
Layout > Dial-A-ZIP from > Goldmine: Runs Dial-A-ZIP on all addresses in the current Goldmine contact list.
Edit > Paste from > Goldmine: Copies the current address from Goldmine into the delivery address on the DAZzle Design window.
If you use the command line option -GOLD when launching DAZzle, DAZzle opens a dialog box for DAZzle-Goldmine options to print or run Dial-A-ZIP.
