Integrate DAZzle with Maximizer

DAZzle includes an interface to Maximizer from Modatech Systems. Using DDE, DAZzle can pass data back and forth between Maximizer and DAZzle. For DAZzle, this greatly simplifies batch printing or running Dial-A-ZIP on US domestic delivery address lists. Because this interface is built into DAZzle, no intervention is required to use these features.

Important! For any of the following options to work, Maximizer must be running. DAZzle automatically detects when Maximizer is running. Also, the Maximizer option must be chosen on the PIMs tab of the Preferences dialog box.

The DAZzle—Maximizer commands are:

File > Print from > Maximizer: Prints all names in the current Maximizer client list using the current DAZzle Layout.
Layout > Dial-A-ZIP from > Maximizer: Runs Dial-A-ZIP on all addresses in the current Maximizer client list.
Edit > Paste from > Maximizer: Copies the current address from Maximizer into the delivery address area of DAZzle Professional.
If you use the command line option -MAX when launching DAZzle, DAZzle opens a dialog box for DAZzle-Maximizer options to print or run Dial-A-ZIP.
