Find Address Record Number

You can access the Find Record dialog box from the List Options tab of the Print dialog box. Use the Find Record dialog box to find the record numbers that you can use as range numbers to print a part of your address list. For more information about using range numbers, see About the List Options Tab.

Steps

  1. From the Address Book tab, select more than one address.
  2. Select File > Print.
  3. Select the List Options tab.
  4. Click Find.
  5. Type a keyword (for example, a name, company name, or ZIP Code) after contains the following data:
  6. Click Find Now.
  7. The first matching address appears in the box at the bottom after the record number. You can use this record number as a range number.

  8. If the first address found is not the match that you were looking for, change the first option to In the Next Record, and then click Find Now.
  9. DAZzle finds the next match in your list.

  10. To print a ZIP Code range, select the ZIP Code only search option for "in".
  11. To return to the List Options tab, click Close .
