Print a Postage Amount Correction
If you have printed postage and then discovered that you did not include enough postage, you can print the additional amount needed on the back side of an envelope or on an additional label.
- Important! You must use an amount correction very carefully and place the correction on the back of an envelope. You should run at least one test print.
Before you print corrections for underpaid amounts, see the following topics:
Steps
- From either the Design tab or the Address Book tab, select File > Print.
- In the Print dialog box, click the Postage Options button.
- In the Postage Printing Options dialog box, select the Corrections tab.
- To make a postage amount correction, select the Postage correction, amount check box and enter the additional amount of postage that you need.

Click OK.
In the Print dialog box, POSTAGE CORRECTION appears with the amount that you entered on the Corrections tab.
