Print a Date Correction
This action prints "Re-date" and the date only. No stamp (amount) or barcode or address will print. You must use both the original stamp and the date correction on the same envelope or package.
Before you print corrections for dates, see the following topics:
- Important! For envelopes, you must use date correction very carefully and place the correction on the back of an envelope. You should run at least one test print. For a package or bubble envelope, place the re-date label next to the original shipping label on the same side of the package as the original label.
Steps
- From either the Design tab or the Address Book tab, select File > Print.
- In the Print dialog box, click the Postage Options button.
- In the Postage Printing Options dialog box, select the Corrections tab.
- Select the Date correction only check box.
- Click OK.
- In the Print dialog box, change the date to the date you will be mailing the package.
- Click OK.
