Print Postage on Your Mailpieces
The following is a high-level overview on how to print postage on your mailpieces.
- Important: Before printing live postage for the first time, you should print at least one test mailpiece by clicking the Test Print button on the Print dialog box.
Steps
- Sign up for a Postage Account at Endicia.
Upon completing your sign-up, the system sends you your account number by email.
- Set up DAZzle with your Postage Account information.

- If necessary, buy postage.
- On the Design tab, select Postage > Options to specify your Postage Options.
- On the Rate tab, select the postage class—for example, First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express—and weight.
(Alternately, you can specify the postage class when you print.)
- In the lower area of the Rate tab, verify that the Print Postage check box is selected.
- Click the Print button.
- In the Print dialog box, specify (or confirm) the mail class and weight.
- Click Print.
- Note: When printing for multiple addresses at the same time, all mailpieces will have the same postage amount.
