To reprint an item that was lost or damaged in the printing process, select the item on the Postage Log tab to reprint it. A reprint must be done the same calendar day as the initial printing and is not allowed for items that are purchases, corrections, or pieces using reply postage.
The postage reprinted is identical in amount, services, and date to the original item. You MUST BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that you do not mail the original item. The use of false, fictitious, or fraudulent US postage indicia is punishable under the criminal laws of the United States. 18 U.S.C. §1001.
