You can access the integrated customs forms and international information when you use any of the following types of addresses:
An international (non-US) address.
Note: For an international mailing address, the last line of the address should contain only the country name (for example, Canada, Egypt, and so on). For other requirements, see Guidelines: Return and Delivery Addresses for International Mailpieces.
An APO, FPO, or DPO address.
Note: Mail addressed to APO, FPO, DPO (overseas military and diplomatic) destinations can have many restrictions, and not all services are available. For more information about shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, see the latest weekly issue of the Postal Bulletin (available on the web through the usps.com website) and refer to the Military/Diplomatic Mail section.
For the purpose accessing customs forms in DAZzle, references to "international" addresses may refer to any of the preceding types of addresses.
You can access integrated customs forms through:
Enter an international delivery address in the To field.
In the Address Information area are the Customs Forms and International Info buttons.
Click the Print button.
On the Print dialog box are the Customs Information tab and the International Info button.
Click the Print button.
On the Print dialog box are the Customs Information tab and the International Info button.
