You must enter at least a two-line address for DAZzle to attempt to run a Dial-A-ZIP. Enter an address of at least two lines with the city, state, and ZIP Code (if any) on the last line. Foreign (non-USA) addresses cannot be verified with Dial-A-ZIP.
Make sure that either you have done one of the following:
Correctly selected the Dial-A-ZIP web address (URL) from the list.
Entered some other web address if that is required of you by your employer.
Corporate and other sites may run their own intranet address verification, and thus, the web address may be different. If you are sure the web address has been entered correctly, you may have an access problem, such as a proxy server or firewall blocking access.
Occasionally, a ZIP-Station may be unreachable because of server trouble. You can try an alternate ZIP-Station by selecting another Internet address or domain. For more information, see Specify a Dial-A-ZIP Address.
