Mark a Web Store an Order as Shipped

When you process a web store order through the regular workflow—downloading the order from the marketplace, printing the shipping label, and posting back the information—your orders are automatically marked as Shipped.

You might have a situation where you had already printed the shipping label before you had imported the order information, and therefore it is not desirable to print the shipping label a second time. In this situation, you can manually mark the order as Shipped after you import the order information. You can then optionally post back a tracking number for the order to the web store.

Steps

  1. On the Web Store Orders tab, select the order that you would like to manually mark as shipped.
  2. On the toolbar, click the Mark as Shipped button.
  3. Optional: Select the Include tracking number to post back to the Web Store check box and enter the Tracking Number.
  4. Click OK.
