Mark a Web Store Order as Unshipped

You may have a situation where you need to change the status of a "Shipped" order to "Unshipped". For example, if you had printed the web store shipping label, but then the order was canceled or you had to request a label refund, you would mark the order as "Unshipped" (assuming that you had not already shipped the order).

Steps

  1. On the Postage Log tab, right-click the "Shipped" order that you want to change to "Unshipped".
  2. From the shortcut menu, select Mark as Unshipped.

    The process reverses the post-back to your online marketplace host, such as eBay: The order status reverts to Unshipped and the tracking number is removed. At the next import of web store data, this order appears on the Web Store Orders tab unless the order was canceled.
