Print Labels Through the Batch Print Tab
From the Batch Print tab, you can print shipping labels in batches. Printing from the Batch Print tab offers many features and advantages, including the editing of retrieved records, specifying of default values, sorting and arrangement of records, and address verification. - Note: eBay marketplace integration supports the Global Shipping Program (GSP). When you print labels for international orders being shipped using GSP, Endicia Professional prints a domestic label going to the eBay facility in Kentucky. To meet eBay's requirements, the label displays a Reference ID. Rubber Stamp 1 displays the Reference ID on the label. You must keep this value as is and not use Rubber Stamp 1 for other purposes.
Before you can print labels in batches, you must:
- Retrieve the orders
, or if you are importing integrated web store orders, see Import Web Store Shipping Orders.
- Run address verification.
- Note: You cannot print labels for unverified addresses.
- Inspect the retrieved records for correctness and completeness, such as selections of mail class, weight, insurance, and so on.
Steps
- On the Batch Print tab, select the records for printing labels:
- To select one order, click the record.
- To select multiple orders, Control-click each record.
- To select a continuous range of orders, Shift-click the first record and the last record in the range.
- To select all orders, press Ctrl-A.
- Optional: Hide the postage amount: Select the Stealth Postage check box.
- Optional: Print a reply return label: Select the Return Label check box. Important! If you are using any of the following:
- Optional and Highly Recommended: Perform a test print (no postage is used) to verify your label and printer setup:
- Select the Test Print check box.
- Click Print.
- After you have verified correct label and printer setup, clear the Test Print check box.
- Click Print.
