About Refunds
If you made a mistake after printing postage, you can apply for a refund.
- Note: Refunds are not available for Endicia Pay-on-Use Returns (EPR) labels that the USPS has scanned, such as when EPR labels have entered the mailstream.
The types of refunds are:
- Physical refunds ... MOREThese are refunds for non-tracked items within 60 days of the date shown on the indicium. These refunds require physical submission of the original mailpiece.
- Electronic refunds ...MORE, also known as E-Refunds. These are refunds for a tracked item, any postage indicium printed with an Intelligent Mail barcode (IMb) or Intelligent Mail package barcode (IMpb), or integrated Priority Mail International label. The request for an electronic refund must be within 30 (thirty) days of the print date. After this 30 (thirty) day period, you can no longer request a refund.
