Create, Open, Rename, or Remove an Address Book
Endicia Professional includes a default Address Book, but you can create , open, rename, and remove Address Books.
You can also import and export Address Books.
Create a New Address Book
Steps
- From the Address Book tab, click the Manage button.
- Click New.
- Enter a name of your new Address Book.

Click Close.
The name of your selected Address Book appears the upper-right area of the Address Book tab.
- To add contacts, see Add an Address into the Address Book.
Open an Address Book
Steps
- From the Address Book tab, click the Manage button.
- In the Manage Address Books dialog box, select an Address Book.

Click Close.
The name of your selected Address Book appears the upper-right area of the Address Book tab, and the Address Book tab displays the contacts.
Rename an Address Book
Steps
- From the Address Book tab, click the Manage button.
- Double-click an Address Book name.
- Enter your changes.
- Click Close.
Remove an Address Book
Steps
- From the Address Book tab, click the Manage button.
- Select an Address Book and click Remove.
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete the Address Book.
- Click Close.
