About Integrated Customs Forms
Most international shipments and domestic shipments to APO/FPO/DPO, US Territories, and Freely Associated States destinations require customs forms. It is typically required that you use the integrated customs form shipping lables:
- International Label – Small 6x4.lyt
- International Label – Large.lyt
- APO and US Territory Label - Small 6x4.lyt
- APO and US Territory Label - Large.lyt
By default Endicia Professional prompts you for customs information when you use an international mail class or an APO/FPO/DPO, US Territory, and Freely Associated States address. The customs information is then passed to DAZzle when the label is printed. If the layout that you have selected for the mail class does not include an integrated customs form, DAZzle prints the customs forms to the Microsoft Windows default printer. For more information, refer to the Microsoft Windows Help. Search for default printer.
- Note: Based on shipping parameters, Endicia Professional automatically selects the correct customs form as well as the correct number of pages, and regardless of the form or label size, you can have up to 1000 line items.
At your option, you can enable or disable customs forms and options to determine whether or not to:
- Prompt for customs information when printing APO/FPO/DPO, US Territory, and Freely Associated States postage.
- Prompt for customs information when printing international postage.
- Automatically print customs forms.
You can also automatically retrieve up to 1000 line items for a customs form. For more information, see About the Customs Data Map and Set Up the Customs Data Map.
