Group Records by Columns on the Batch Print Tab
You can arrange the display of records by grouping one or more columns. You can then sort by one or more groups.
Steps

On the Batch Print tab, drag and drop a column heading to the area above the column headings.
The column heading label appears in a button above the column headings.
- Optional: Repeat the previous step to sub-group the display of records by additional columns.
- Optional: Sort by group by clicking the column heading button above the column headings.
- To "undo" the grouping of records by column headings, drag and drop the column heading button or buttons onto the grid.
