View the Data Post-Back Status
The Web Store Post-back Status field of the Postage Log detail panel displays the data post-back status. You might have printed shipping labels through your integrated web store (eBay or Amazon), but occasionally a delay may occur due to the marketplace host server being unavailable, for example.
The following data post-back statuses are:
- Success: data post-back has completed.
- Pending: data post-back delay has occurred. If post back is not completed the first time, Endicia Professional will retry to post back for about 24 hours. During this time, the data post-back status will continue to be Pending.
- Canceled: When an order’s data post-back is still pending, you can cancel that data post-back and instead manually update the order status and tracking number in the Amazon seller site. To cancel a data post-back, right-click the Postage Log entry for the order and select Cancel Postback.
- Failed: When post back fails the first time, Endicia Professional will retry to post back for about 24 hours. If data post-back does is not completed after all retry attempts, the data post-back status will change to Failed. You can right-click the entry and select Retry Postback to restart the data post-back processing.
