Mark a Web Store Order as Unshipped
You may have a situation where you need to change the status of a "Shipped" order to "Unshipped". For example, if you had printed the web store shipping label, but then the order was delayed or canceled or you had to request a label refund, you would mark the order as "Unshipped" (assuming that you had not already shipped the order).
- Important! This feature is not available for integrated Amazon web store orders.
Steps
- On the Postage Log tab, select the "Shipped" order that you want to change to "Unshipped".
- Click the Mark as Unshipped button.
- The shipped status and tracking number at the online marketplace is erased.
- The order appears on the Batch Print tab the next time you import web store orders.
- The Postage Log entry no longer shows the store name or order ID because the label is no longer associated with the order.
