Close Your Account
- Important! Account closure is permanent. Before you close your account, you should print any online account reports that you need, such as for tax, accounting, tracking, or recordkeeping. To resume using Endicia services after you have closed your account, you must open a new account that has no access to your closed account information or reports. See Online Reports.
Steps

Log in to your Endicia online account.
- From the My Account tab, select Update Profile > Close Account.
- Click Continue to request the close.
Your unused postage balance will be applied to your credit card on file, usually in about 5 to 6 business days. If this is not possible, Endicia sends the refund by check.
- Note: If you have any pending refund requests for postage misprints, your account changes to pending close. When the refunds are all processed, your account permanently changes to final close.
