About Refunds When Using DYMO Stamps or DYMO Printable Postage
Refunds are available for misprints that occurred while using the DYMO Stamps.
If you have a DYMO Stamps stamp label printed with a postage amount, the entire original mailpiece of the stamp label must be included with your refund request form printed from the Endicia website.
To qualify, the item must meet the following requirements:
Must not have been in the mailstream (for example, post-marked, stamped, or returned by the USPS).
Must be requested online within 60 days of printing.
Must be printed on a genuine DYMO Stamps label roll or DYMO Printable Postage sheet (for DYMO Stamps and DYMO Printable Postage customers only).
The account holder must be in Active status.
Tip! Please remember to do test prints before printing real postage to ensure that there are no problems.
