Update Privacy Options
Endicia will not show any of your account information unless you authorize us to do so.
If you do not specifically activate the Authentication Option, the only data that are available that anyone who has a Package Identification Code (PIC) can see include: the destination address, mail class, weight of the package, and date of printing or postmark. The name or company name of the recipient is not shown.
You can indicate the following privacy-related options:
- Allow Account Authentication: A selection of Yes:
- Allows anyone who has a Package Identification Code (PIC) to authenticate mailpieces originating from you.
- Allows Endicia to show your Name, Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, and Email Address when someone gives us a PIC, such as a USPS Tracking number, for any label that was generated from your account.
- Allow Informational Emails: A selection of Yes allows Endicia to send newsletters, informational content, special promotions, or announcements to you.
