About the Delivery Statistics Report

Using the date parameters that you specify, the Delivery Statistics Report shows you by mail class and package status various delivery statistics for packages with USPS Tracking, Signature Confirmation, or Priority Mail Express. This report is based on the postmark date, which may be different than the printed date.

The report data appear in the following sections:

Mail Class

• Mail Class: Examples include First-Class, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express.
• Number: Number of mailpieces.
• Average: Average delivery time in days.
• Minimum: Shortest delivery time in days.
• Maximum: Longest delivery time in days.

Package Status

• Package Status:
  • Delivered: Recipient has received mailpiece.
  • Scanned in Route: USPS has scanned but not yet delivered the mailpiece.
  • New Item: USPS has not yet scanned the mailpiece.
• Total: Number of mailpieces delivered.
• Percent: Percentage share by Package Status.
