About the Pay-on-Use-Return Reports

Endicia Pay-on-Use-Return (EPR) shipping labels provide your customers with return shipping labels for which you pay the postage and fees only when the return shipping label enters the mailstream. Upon entering the mailstream, the USPS scans the EPR shipping label, and the system automatically deducts the amount from your postage balance.

You can create EPR shipping labels through DAZzle, Endicia Professional, or Endicia Label Server integration.

To use EPR functionality, you must contact an Endicia sales representative to:

Agree to specific terms and conditions.
Have your account enabled for EPR shipping labels.

The following reports offer you EPR-related information (transactions and amounts) for the time period that you specify:

Account Transactions:
- All Transactions: Shows you all transactions, including scanned EPR labels. For more information about this report, see Create Pay-on-Use-Return Transaction Reports.
- EPR Return Labels: Shows you non-scanned and scanned EPR labels. For more information about this report, see Create Pay-on-Use-Return Transaction Reports.
Pay-on-Use-Return Fees: shows you the per-label transaction fee for each scanned Pay-on-Use-Return (EPR) label. For more information about this report, see Create the Pay-on-Use-Return Fee Report.
