Look Up a Tracked Package
If you have a Premium, Professional, Platinum, or Label Server service plan account, you can look up a tracked package view the shipping and delivery addresses, Weight, Mail Class, Postage Amount, Declared Value, Package ID, Printed date, Postmarked date, Reference ID, Group Code, Description, and if applicable, the Refund Request Status.
The Refund Request Status area may indicate:
- Submitted, Estimated Date of Refund, and Form ID.
- Refunded, Amount Refunded, and Form ID.
- Denied, Reason for the denial, and Form ID.
The following sets of Steps describe how to:
Steps
- Log in to your Endicia online account.
- Select Tools > Look up a Package.
- Enter one or more of any search parameters, such as:
- Date: Printed in the last 7 days or the last 30 days, or in a date and time range.
- Shipping Information: Name, Company, Address, State, or ZIP Code.
- The full tracking number.
- Package Description, Reference ID, Service Class, or Group Code.
- Click Submit.
Steps
- Log in to your Endicia online account.
- Select Reports > Account Transactions.
- Select the month or date range.
- In the Show field, select:
- Trackable Items
- Detailed Listing or Summary
- Optional: In the Order By field, select the sort order field and Ascending or Descending.
- Click the Submit.
