Our solution goes beyond the simple sending and receiving of shipping information between Endicia and your website. We take the order data and push it to Endicia, either automatically or manually depending on your shipping departments needs and then take the return tracking information to update your order records. The software then notifies the customer that their package has shipped with a tracking number.
