Select Postage Log Transactions for Refunds

On the Postage Log tab, you can request an electronic refund for the following types of unused labels if the labels were printed within the last 30 (thirty) days:

Steps

  1. On the Postage Log tab, select the transaction to be refunded.
  2. Select Actions > E-Refund.

    Your browser may display your account login page.

  3. If prompted, enter your account credentials.

    Your browser displays the Refund Request page.

  4. Follow the instructions on the Refund Request page to submit your electronic refund request.

    Most refunds are processed two (2) weeks after the original refund request
