Resend a Postage Log Transaction Record

Only in rare situations and only under the advice of Endicia customer support, you may need to resend tracking information of transactions that have USPS Tracking, Signature Confirmation, Priority Mail Express, or customs ID for Priority Mail International and First-Class Mail International.

Steps

  1. On the Postage Log tab, select an entry.
  2. Select Actions > Re-send Record.
