Track Mailpieces
On the Postage Log tab, you can view the status of tracked items. Depending on the service, you can view the status of:
- Items tracked through the USPS Track and Confirm process. These items include mailpieces that include Extra Services, such as Signature Confirmation, E-Delivery Confirmation, or Adult Signature. You can also track Priority Mail Express mailpieces, which have a separate tracking system, through the USPS website.
- Note: USPS Tracking is included at no additional charge for all domestic package mail classes except Marketing Mail.
- Items tracked through Endicia. These items include all mailpiece labels with an Intelligent Mail package barcode (IMpb). As of January 22, 2012, the USPS requires all package and parcel mailpiece shipping labels in all mail classes to include an IMpb. Through Endicia, you can view the most recent, tracked status.
Steps
- In DAZzle, select the Postage Log tab.

Locate and select one item.
For information on locating items, see Find a Transaction in the Postage Log File.
- To verify items tracked through:
- The USPS, select Actions > Check Status at USPS.COM.
- Tip! Alternately, you can right-click the item and select Check Status at USPS.COM.
- Endicia, select Actions > Check Status at Endicia.
- Tip! Alternately, you can right-click the item and select Check Status at Endicia.
