Include Endicia Parcel Insurance

Endicia Parcel Insurance provides integrated insurance on both domestic and international items. You can select Endicia Insurance for any item. No additional forms or paperwork are required. You will be billed once a month along with your Endicia service fees. For more information, see Endicia Parcel Insurance .

IMPORTANT! If you are using Endicia Parcel Insurance, do not select the insurance option on the Insured Mail tab. Instead, select the insurance provider and enter the value of the item in the Print dialog box.

You can add Endicia Parcel Insurance from the Quick Label tab, the Design tab, or the Address Book tab.

The following steps describe how to include Endicia Parcel Insurance on your mailpiece from the Design tab or the Address Book tab, which you should do when you are ready to print.

Steps

Display your layout file, and prepare it for printing, such as selecting or entering the mailing address, mail class, or other services.
Select File > Print.
In the Print dialog box, in the Insurance field, select Endicia Insurance.
In the Value field, enter the insurance value.
Complete all other fields that you require for printing.
