About Rejected Physical Refund Requests

Some reasons for rejected physical refund requests include:

• The postage item was never requested successfully for a refund through Endicia.
• The required refund request form was not printed and included with the postage prints.
• The postage barcode indicium could not be scanned, such as due to a missing label, partial postage barcode indicium print, smeared postage barcode indicium, faded postage barcode indicium, and so on.
• The postage print has a USPS date stamp imprint on the label, indicating it was used to mail a package.
• The shipping label was removed from its packaging material.
• The submitted label was a photocopy of label. The original label is required.
