GreatLife Streamlines Shipping to Expedite the Delivery of Orders

GreatLife International's Need

Founded in 2006 and based in Kennesaw, Georgia, GreatLife is a rapidly growing international network marketing company. The company's success originates from a product exclusively marketed by GreatLife called VIDACELL. VIDACELL is the only natural functional food known to effectively and naturally increase cellular energy production up to 54%. With the rapid demand for VIDACELL, GreatLife had an urgent need to find a mailing and shipping solution that would allow it to ship orders quickly without having to be concerned with incorrect addresses and untimely deliveries.

Endicia's Solution

GreatLife International has been an Endicia customer since July 2006. While GreatLife uses private carriers for some shipments, approximately 99% of VIDACELL orders are shipped directly to consumers via the U.S. Postal Service^®. With the lightweight nature of the product, GreatLife knew that USPS^® would most likely save the company shipping costs over the private carriers. Unless the distributor specifically selects a carrier at online checkout, GreatLife’s system rate shops between the private carriers and USPS^®. Most shipments are selected to be delivered via USPS^® since their rates are lower. The free USPS^® boxes are also a big plus for GreatLife, as is the daily afternoon pickup.
