Change or Update Your Payment Method

Postage purchases are either charged to your credit card or deducted from the bank account that you specified when you signed up for postage account. You can change the credit card or bank information on file for your postage account at any time. For example, from time to time you may need to update the expiration date of your credit card.

Note: You must have a credit card on file even if you decide to use a bank account as your payment method.

Steps

Click the Buy Postage icon.

The Buy Postage dialog box appears.
In the Payment Method area, click the Change button.

You may need to log in. A web browser window displays your Account Summary.
Make the changes to your account information as directed online.

All future postage purchases will use this new account information.
