Create Account Reports

The following is a list of reports that you can create:

All Transactions

Detailed or summary reports of all transactions for your account.

Postage Prints

Detailed or summary reports of postage printed.

Postage Purchases

Detailed or summary reports of postage purchases.

Mail Class Chart

Total number of mailpieces for each mail class including an average cost for each mail class.

You can create transaction reports by specifying values in lists and fields, including:

• Month or period.
• All transactions, insured items, InstaPostage, postage prints, or postage purchases.
• Detailed listing, mail class chart, or summary.
• By transaction, date, mail class, amount, or status.
• Ascending or descending order.

Steps

1. Select Account > View Transaction Reports.

   The Account Transactions page appears in your web browser.

2. Filter the transaction report by selecting or specifying values from the lists and in the fields.
3. Optionally, select the Export check box to generate report that you can import into your spreadsheet application.
4. Click the Submit button.
5. Optionally, select File > Print in your web browser to print the report.
