- Discontinued the following mail classes, products, or services:
- Priority Mail Express Medium Flat Rate Box.
- First Class International Package stamps for 1oz. and 2oz. This is because prices vary from country to country.
- (Applicable to paid service plans only) First-Class Package Service Commercial Plus (CPP) category. Thus, the 14, 15, and 15.999 ounce offerings are included with Commercial Base (CBP). This pricing is available to all commercial mailers.
- Adjusted prices to Price Change specifications.
- Rebranded Parcel Select Non-presort to Parcel Select Ground.
