About DDE Preferences

To display a preview window before printing an envelope or label, select the Display before printing check box. If you do not select the Display before printing option, DAZzle prints the envelope or label without any prompt (very fast).

Some Windows applications include special characters to indicate format options when passing data with DDE. These characters should normally be filtered out. If, for any reason this causes a problem with missing characters, clear the Remove unprintable characters check box.

When running Dial-A-ZIP through DDE, DAZzle places the corrected address in the Clipboard for the calling application to retrieve the address. If you do not want to pass the address back to the calling application, clear the Return address to client application check box.

It is recommended that you select the Disable DDE Interface check box to ensure that other applications do not cause problems with DAZzle. However, if you need DAZzle to work with PIMs, clear this check box.
