Set Up a Domestic Priority Mail Express Layout
Steps
- From the DAZzle Design tab, select File > Open Layout.
- Select one of the Priority Mail Express layout files.

Click Open.
The Priority Mail Express label layout displays the following:
- A large letter "E".
- The words "USPS Priority Mail Express®".
- A tracking barcode.
- Note: All Priority Mail Express shipments regardless of shape—such as Envelope, Letter, Large Envelope (flat), and so on—must print an Intelligent Mail package barcode (IMpb).
- Select File > Printer Setup.
- Select the printer that you want to use, and match the paper size to your label size.
For example, if you have a DYMO LabelWriter 4XL printer with a 4 × 6 label, select the Printer Paper Size of 1744907 4 in × 6 in.
If you have a Zebra or Eltron printer with the two-part label 4 × 6.75 inches, select User Defined and enter a width of 4 and height of 6.75.
- Click OK.
- Select Postage > Options.
- Select the Priority Mail Express Options tab. For more information, see About the Priority Mail Express Options Tab.
- Select any delivery options and verify that your Sender Information is complete, including name, address, phone number, and email address (optional).
- Note: Signature Required cannot be disabled for Priority Mail Express shipments when Adult Signature, COD, USPS insurance, or Hold For Pickup has been selected. Signature Required is turned on.
- Click OK.
- Select File > Save Layout.
