Enable or Disable Customs Forms and Options
- Note: The setup or changes that you make in the following Steps apply only to the current profile.
Steps
- If you are using profiles, verify that you have selected the correct profile: On the Order Lookup tab or the Batch Print tab, in the Active Profile field, view or select the desired profile.
- In Endicia Professional, select Edit > Preferences.
- Select the Printing and Customs tab.
- To enable customs forms, select the following check boxes:
- Prompt for customs information when printing APO/FPO postage
- Prompt for customs information when printing international postage
- Automatically print customs forms
- To disable customs forms, clear the following check boxes:
- Prompt for customs information when printing APO/FPO postage
- Prompt for customs information when printing international postage
- Automatically print customs forms
- Click OK.
