If you are retrieving order information on the Order Lookup tab (not the Batch Print tab) and need to set up a new data connection, you should run the Data Connections Setup Wizard for the Order Lookup Data Map.
Steps
In the Source Data area, in the Order Lookup field, your data source type.
If you selected Database or CSV/Text File, click the Configure button.
The Order Lookup Data Map window appears.
In the Data Source area, click the New button.
The Create New Data Source wizard starts.
After you have started the Data Connections wizard, you can do one of the following:
