Create the SCAN Form History Report
The SCAN Form History Report shows you records and details of each Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice (SCAN) form.
The SCAN Form History Report includes:
- ID: MORE
Also known as the Submission ID, the ID is the last 8 digits of the SCAN form barcode. Each ID is a link that displays more information about the items on the SCAN form as well as a link to the SCAN form itself for reprinting.
- Date Created: MORE
The date that the SCAN form was accepted.
- ZIP Code: MORE
The ZIP Code of the originating or licensing Post Office.
- Submission ID: MORE
The barcode of the original SCAN form.
- Pieces: MORE
The number of mailpieces that were a part of the single barcode scan.
Steps
- Log in to your online account.

From the My Account tab, select Reports > SCAN Form History.
The system displays the SCAN History. Each SCAN form has a unique ID.
- Show specific SCAN form details: Select the SCAN form ID.
- Select File > Print.
