You can import invoice, sales receipts, or sales order data from Intuit QuickBooks into Endicia Professional Order Lookup to print shipping labels and optionally post back tracking and postage information to QuickBooks.
Before you can import QuickBooks data into Endicia Professional, you must set up QuickBooks to work with Endicia Professional.
After you have set up QuickBooks to work with Endicia Professional, you can retrieve Quickbooks data by entering a QuickBooks reference number—such as invoice number, sales receipts, or sales order—on the Order Lookup tab to print single shipping labels.
Steps
On the Order Lookup tab, in the Order Number field, enter a valid Quickbooks reference number and click the Retrieve Order button.
Depending on your setup, a message box from QuickBooks might ask you to allow Endicia Professional permission to access your QuickBooks invoice information.
Select one of the Yes... choices.
If you select Yes, always allow access even if QuickBooks is not running, you will not see this message box again (recommended).
Click Continue.
Endicia Professional retrieves the shipping address from your QuickBooks database. If no shipping address is available, Endicia Professional uses the billing address.
When you are ready to print, click Print Label.
If are automatically posting back data, the tracking number, postmark date, and postage amount automatically appear in the Description field of a new line in the corresponding QuickBooks invoice. If you did not choose to automatically post back data, you can manually post back shipping data by selecting Tools > Post-Back Data.
