The required refund request form was not printed and included with the postage prints.
The submitted piece count quantity must match the quantity that was requested.
The date of the indicium is over the 90-day limit. MORE… The labels do expire.
Unscannable: double printed.
Unscannable: no barcode.

TIP: Endicia does not scan USPS Tracking labels. You should submit refund requests for USPS Tracking electronically, or else you will lose the value of the postage for that mailpiece.
