About the Refund Requests Report

The Refund Requests report shows you the status of all your refund requests—both physical and electronic. Status conditions include: Received, Processed, and Rejected.

Refund requests do not immediately appear on your Refund Requests report. Refund requests should appear on the Refund Requests report the next day.

From the Refund Requests report you can:

• Reprint a Refund Request form.
• Appeal a rejected request for a refund.

The Refund Requests report shows you:

• Form ID: Click the link to see more details about the refund request item.
• Date Created
• Form Status: Values include Received, Processed, Rejected.
• Date Received
• Date Processed
• Indicia Requested
• Amount Requested
• Amount Validated
• Amount Refunded
• Amount Pending
