Create the Refund Requests Report

Steps

Log in to your Endicia online account.
From the My Account tab, select Reports > Refund Request History.

The system automatically creates the report.
- Note: Refund requests do not immediately appear on your Refund Requests report. The request should appear on the Refund Requests report the next day.
