About Requesting a Refund After Buying Too Much Postage
Postage purchases are added to your account balance. Only when you close your account can Endicia refund the unused balance.
It is recommended that you keep your account open and use the postage as needed.
Important! Be aware of the following:
Account closures are permanent. If you close your account, you cannot re-open your closed account at a later time. To resume using Endicia services, you must open a new account.
Before you close your account, you should print any online account reports that you need, such as for taxes, accounting, tracking, and record keeping.
