Create the Account Transactions Report

Steps

Log in to your Endicia online account.
- From the My Account tab, select Reports > Account Transactions.
- Note: If you have a free DYMO Printable Postage account, the Reports menu is not available. Instead, click the Account Transactions button on your Account Summary page.
- Select either option:
- Month: Specify a specific month and year.
- Period: Specify date, time, date range, or time range.
- In the Show field, select what you would like to see in your report:
- All Transactions
- Endicia Insured Items
- Postage Prints
- Postage Purchases
- Printable Postage
- Trackable Items
EPR Return Labels
- Note: The Show field must be set to Postage Purchases to run a report for greater than one month.
- Below the Show field, select Detailed Listing, Mail Class Chart, or Summary.
- In the Order By field, select what you want your report sorted by and whether to sort in ascending or descending order. Sort order choices include:
- All Transactions
- Date
- Destination
- Type
- Auth Number
- Mail Class
- Amount
- Status
- Optional: Select the Export check box to create a file that you can view as a spreadsheet.
- Click the Submit button.
- Note: If you have a free DYMO Printable Postage account, the Submit button is not available. Instead, click the View Transactions button.
