About the Account Transactions Report

The Account Transaction Report lets you search and track the packages that you have printed when you do not have access to the Endicia application, such as when you are away from the office.

Note: If you have a Professional service plan account, you can also export the report to a spreadsheet file.

The Account Transaction Report lets you view a list of the following types of transactions for your account:

Postage printed.
Postage purchases.
Service fees.
Purchase receipts.
Endicia insured items.
Printable Postage or DYMO Stamps postage stamps.
Return service transactions—such as Pay-on-Use-Return (EPR).
Endicia Global Shipping (EGS) transactions, as a mail class.
Consolidator shipments—branded service names of consolidator shipping labels appear as mail classes.
Trackable items—such as those items that use the USPS Tracking, Signature Confirmation, or Priority Mail Express services or Endicia Global Shipping. You can drill down for more details by clicking the tracking number.

Integrated marketplace items—such as an eBay or Amazon web store—that you import, print, and process shipping labels. The Account Transaction Report can show you the web store name and Order ID.

For each type of transaction report, you can:

Specify a date or date range.
Show transaction details or summaries, or transactions by a mail class chart.
Sort the report in ascending or descending order by transaction, date, destination, type, authorization number, mail class, amount, or status.
