Print Single Labels

Steps

On the Order Lookup tab, do one of the following:
- Retrieve an order through order lookup:
  1. Enter an order number in the field to the left of the Retrieve Order button.
    The order number can be an order number, invoice number, or something else depending on which database field you had mapped to the Endicia Professional Order Number field.
  2. Press the Enter key, or click the Retrieve Order button.
    The shipping address appears in the field that follows.
- Enter a shipping address:
  1. In the address field, manually type the first name.
    If Endicia Professional finds a matching name from the Address Book, a list appears from which you can select a name, and the rest of the shipping address appears in the address field. Otherwise, enter the rest of the address.
  2. Click Verify Address.
  3. Optional: Save the address to the Address Book: Click the Save button.
Select the weight, dimensions, mail class, and other services.
- If you are subject to dimensional pricing, you can enter the length (L), width (W), and height (H) to help you calculate the shipping amount. Be aware that you must verify any package size restrictions. For more information, visit www.usps.com.
- If you select Registered Mail, any mailpiece or shipment using the Registered Mail Extra Service that has a label with an IMpb (Intelligent Mail package barcode) also requires the red generic USPS Label 200N. Label 200N is a non-barcoded label that has replaced the barcoded Label 200. You can obtain these labels from the USPS.
- If you select Certified Mail, any mailpiece or shipment using the Certified Mail Extra Service that has a label with an IMpb (Intelligent Mail package barcode) also requires the green generic USPS Label 3800N. Label 3800N is a non-barcoded label that has replaced the barcoded Label 3800. You can obtain these labels from the USPS.
- If you select Priority Mail Express, click the Priority Mail Express Delivery Information link to view the guaranteed delivery commitment drop-off times and locations.
Optional: Select the Use Endicia Insurance check box.
Click the Print Label button .

Endicia Professional sends the information to DAZzle, which prints the label. DAZzle does not have to be running before you print from Endicia Professional. DAZzle starts automatically, if necessary. If the test print option is on, no postage funds will be used and the label will be void.
When you are ready to print labels with "live" postage, clear the Test printing mode check box:
1. Select Edit > Preferences.
  Note: The setup or changes that you make in the following Steps apply only to the current profile.
2. Select the Printing and Customs tab.
3. Clear the Test printing mode check box.
4. Click OK.
